(“Drift & Drive”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform users of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information received from users of our website located at (“Corporate Site”). This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will make that information available by posting a notice on this website, prior to becoming in effect. Therefore, we suggest that you consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Sites after we have notified you of any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

By using our Sites you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing” means using cookies on a computer or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. Information Collection and Use
Our primary goals in collecting personally identifiable information are to provide you with the services made available through the Sites, to communicate with you, and to manage your registered user account through which you can take advantage of the services made available through the Sites. For instance, we may use some of the information you provide to market specific products and services, including but not limited to customer support services. We will also use the information you provide to analyze and improve Drift & Drive’s products and services.

If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Sites, you may be required to become a registered user and to submit certain personally identifiable information to Drift & Drive. This may happen in a number of instances, such as when you want to download our “white papers” from the Corporate Site, sign-up for our “webinars”, or if you want to have access to the Support Site or the Platform Site. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in such instances may include your user name, password, email address, telephone number, your company’s name, and your title. If you contact us by email through the Sites, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you. In addition, we may use the personal information described above to send you information regarding the Sites and / or our services. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such information or communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications.

When you visit the Sites, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, or the domain from which you are visiting, the web pages you visit, and the search terms you use. For most users accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider, the IP address will be different every time you log on. Except in the instances described herein, we do not use this information to identify you personally. We use it to monitor use of the Sites and our service, and for the technical administration of the Sites.

Our Sites include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button (and Widgets, such as the Share this button, or interactive mini-programs that run on our site). These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third-party or hosted directly on our Sites. Your interactions with these features are governed by the Privacy Policy of the company providing it.

Tracking Technologies
Drift & Drive Sites use technologies such as: “cookies” and “scripts”. We use Salesforce Pardot, Google Analytics, Google AdWords Remarketing Code, Google AdWords Conversion Code, and similar technologies for tracking visitor behavior. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the Sites, tracking users’ movements around the Sites, and gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring / exit pages, operating system, date / time stamp, and / or clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve services we offer you, to improve marketing, analytics, or functionality.

Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our Sites or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity also use HTML5 to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5.

We may partner with a third-party to either display advertising on our Sites or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third-party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on our Sites and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests.

Like many websites, we use cookie technology to collect additional website usage data and to improve the Sites and our service. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk. We do not use cookies to collect personally identifiable information. However, IP addresses are collected by the use of cookies. Drift & Drive may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with the Sites and our service, to monitor aggregate usage by our users and Web traffic routing on the Sites, and to improve the Sites and our services. Blogs and other Forums
If you use a Drift & Drive blog, chat room, or other type of posting page, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Drift & Drive is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums, or the use of such information by any third-party. Information Sharing and Disclosure
General. Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, Drift & Drive will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties.

Resellers and Partners. We will share your personally identifiable information with our resellers and partners, and such resellers and partners may use your information to market our products and services, as well as their own products and services.

Service Providers. We may engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including, without limitation, hosting and maintenance services, customer relationship services, and database storage and management services. We will share your personally identifiable information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services, and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations requiring such third parties to maintain the confidentiality of your data.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Drift & Drive cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including subpoenas); to protect the property and rights of Drift & Drive or a third-party, the safety of the public or any person; to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity; or to comply with the law.

Business Transfers. If any or all of the assets of Drift & Drive are acquired by, or merged with another entity, we may share some or all of your information with this entity.

Changing or Deleting Information
If you are a registered user of our corporate site, you may update or correct the information you provided to us by making such changes through the secure log-in section of the corporate site.

Drift & Drive is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. However, Drift & Drive takes security very seriously. All company employees are contractually obligated to safeguard Drift & Drive and user data under confidentiality and privacy agreements. Access to Drift & Drive production systems is restricted to authorized Drift & Drive team members.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We will disclose any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored personal data to you via email or conspicuous posting on the Sites in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement, or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and to restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

Links to Other Sites
Our Sites contain links to other websites. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of our affiliation with that third-party. We do not exercise control over third-party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data, or solicit personal information from you. This Privacy Policy addresses the use and disclosure of information that we collect from you through the Sites. Other sites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information you submit to them. Users Outside the United States
Drift & Drive is headquartered in the United States and is subject to the applicable state and federal laws of the United States. If you choose to access the Sites, you consent to the use and disclosure of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and subject to such laws.

Our Policy Towards Children
The Sites are not directed to persons under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child, who is under 13, has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will remove such information from our files.
